HelixForge Biotech does not provide instructions, recommendations, or guidance for human, animal, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, or personal applications.
 

Buyer Qualifications and Age Requirement
 

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you:

• Possess the technical knowledge, training, and appropriate safety equipment necessary to handle research materials;

• Are purchasing products solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes;

• Will not use, market, distribute, resell, or represent products for human or animal use;

• Will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and other applicable laws, regulations, laboratory standards, and safety requirements.

You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your intended lawful research application.

Limitation of Liability
 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HelixForge Biotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the purchase, possession, handling, storage, transportation, disposal, use, misuse, or inability to use any product.

The purchaser assumes all risks associated with product handling, storage, use, and disposal.

HelixForge Biotech shall not be responsible for product degradation, loss, damage, or other issues resulting from improper storage, handling, use, transportation, or disposal after delivery.
 

Indemnification
 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HelixForge Biotech and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use of products, improper handling, unauthorized applications, or use outside the stated research purpose.
 

Compliance, Orders, and Shipping
 

You are solely responsible for confirming that the products you order may legally be purchased, received, possessed, and used in your jurisdiction.

HelixForge Biotech reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion, including where an order appears inconsistent with these Terms, applicable law, or product-use restrictions.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only when the cancellation request is received before fulfillment or shipping processing begins. Once a shipping label or tracking number has been generated, an order may no longer be canceled.

Due to product sensitivity, storage requirements, and quality-control considerations, delivered products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange because of ordering errors, changes in research needs, or customer preference.

If an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact support@helixforgebiotech.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Customers must provide the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and shipping package when applicable.

After verification, HelixForge Biotech may, at its discretion, provide a replacement shipment or store credit for the affected item or items.
 

Dispute Resolution
 

Any dispute relating to these Terms, a purchase, or a product should first be submitted to HelixForge Biotech at support@helixforgebiotech.com so that the parties may attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Any arbitration, class-action waiver, governing-law, venue, or jury-trial waiver provision should be governed by a separately reviewed dispute-resolution section prepared for HelixForge Biotech’s applicable business entity and jurisdiction.
 

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order with HelixForge Biotech, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Research Use Only Disclaimer, the Shipping Policy, the Refund & Return Policy, and any other policies posted on this website.
