Shipping Policy

How we process, pack, and deliver orders.

HelixForge Biotech is committed to processing and shipping orders quickly, securely, and discreetly. This Shipping Policy explains our order-processing procedures, available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and how shipping-related issues are handled.
 

Order Processing & Dispatch
 

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
 

Shipping Options
 

Available shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout before payment is completed. All shipping rates are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Flat-Rate USPS Priority Shipping

Cost: $10.00 flat rate

Estimated delivery: Typically 2–3 business days after dispatch within the contiguous United States.

Carrier operations, weather conditions, rural delivery routes, and other factors may occasionally extend transit times.

UPS Second Day Air

Cost: $12.00 flat rate

Estimated delivery: Typically delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier operations.

UPS Second Day Air may be selected at checkout for customers who prefer expedited delivery. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary by ZIP code, operational conditions, and service availability. The carrier provides the final estimated delivery date once the shipment has been accepted into its network.
 

Discreet & Secure Packaging
 

All orders are packaged with care to help maintain product integrity during transit.

Packaging practices may include:

  • Protective cushioning materials

  • Securely sealed containers

  • Discreet exterior packaging

  • No product descriptions displayed on the outside of the package

Customers are responsible for handling and storing products according to their laboratory’s applicable safety procedures and protocols upon receipt.
 

Tracking Information
 

When available, tracking information will be sent by email once an order has shipped.

Customers with a registered account may also view order status and tracking details through their account dashboard. Please allow adequate time for carrier tracking systems to update after shipment.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
 

Transit times for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories may exceed the estimated delivery times listed above.

Remote and island destinations may experience extended carrier transit times regardless of the shipping method selected.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the carrier.

HelixForge Biotech is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier operational issues

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Events beyond our reasonable control
     

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or experiences unusual tracking activity, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Tracking number, if available

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of any damaged packaging or products, when applicable

HelixForge Biotech will work with you and the carrier to investigate and address shipping issues where appropriate.
 

Incorrect Shipping Information
 

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

HelixForge Biotech is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
